We’ll sip the famous three-layer coffee in a cozy café, sample traditional liqueurs, and indulge in the city’s signature pastry — the sugar-dusted *xuixo*, crispy on the outside and filled with creamy delight.

We’ll try the surprising *hot ice cream*, taste artisanal cheeses, and maybe even explore local delicacies like rabbit with snails or duck stewed with fruit.
